Cancellation Policy
At our practice, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our scheduling system, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. 2. Late Cancellations: If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the client will be charged 50% of the session fee, except in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. 3. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, they will be charged 50% of the session fee. 4. Exceptions: Emergencies and unavoidable situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients should contact the therapist as soon as possible to discuss their situation. 5. Insurance Disclaimer: Most insurance plans do not cover cancellation or missed session fees, and clients are responsible for these charges. By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to discuss them with your therapist.
